Dedicated to the study of the Galician Audience, in the first third of the XVII century, this article is about. Particularly in the context, to the author, of "the world of the institutioms, politics and law in the depression century", making a reference with this to the deep crisis and decaiment the two cities of the Kingdom of Nueva España, Mexico and Guadalajara, from the end of the XVI century until the first third of the the XVII century. In the context of the institutions and their men, the Audience of Nueva Galicia and their oidores are not excluded.
