The author reflexes about the consequences originated since the separation of the divine and the profane. Among other things, he gives a conceptualization of the State as a shape, in his judgment, artificious of protection against the collective wrongs. Likewise, he exposes the current forms of this political culture of laicism, which it disregards and excludes the divine.
