Abstract

Time and law have an unexplored relationship for historical reasons and the predominance of an historicity presentist regime. This article aims to highlight the problem and justify time returning back to law through an interdisciplinary approach. From a conceptual point of view, this paper offers different ways to understand time. From a practical point of view, time is considered a tool on wich law historians can count. However, this text focuses on introductory and general issues as a rudiment for a future research.
