Abstract

The author searches to decipher in what measure Spanish Colonial Law (= Derecho Indiano) elements, some of them originated in the medieval Ius Commune, may be noticed in the first argentinian manual dedicated to the judicial procedures -Prontuario de Práctica Forense- composed by the noticeable jurist Manuel Antonio de Castro
