El derecho en el período posrevolucionario argentino: rupturas y continuidades. Una etapa en el itinerario de la secularización jurídica, 1810-1830.

Abstract

The author, conscious that secularization as a phenomenon has not been undertaken property from legal point view, does it regarding the two first decades that continued to the Revolution of May. She considers that this issue is one of the most prominent inside the process of codification. She refers to the secularization in the Río de la Plata and the replacement, in the public space of the Church by the State. She analyzes the evolution of this process through a recount of works developed in Argentine, Chile and Uruguay relating to the matter; besides, she points out the legal measures that initiate the assimilation of liberalism, such as freedom of worship, of press, regulation of the religion and politics that stimulate the secular education.
